The Marriage of Figaro
For The Marriage of Figaro, attendees will be able to book reserved seats for the performance.
You can book your tickets via our booking page. Please note The Marriage of Figaro will be performed on the front lawn of Waterperry House. The seating area is flat and on grass, with a raised stage and we will be providing chairs. This production will be popular, to guarantee the best seat, book early.
Svadba
For Svadba seating is unreserved. Seating will be allocated on first come first served on arrival in the performance space for this production. The Amphitheatre has raked seating, with steep steps leading to the stage, and is made of concrete, cushions will be provided to all attendees. You can book as many tickets as you like on our booking page.
Mansfield Park and The Diary of One Who Disappeared
For Mansfield Park and The Diary of One Who Disappeared seating is unreserved. Seating will be allocated on first come first served on arrival in the performance space for these productions. The ballroom is located on the first floor of the house, with access up the grand staircase. You can book as many tickets as you like on our booking pagesour
For all our other Festival Productions
(Peter and the Wolf, Wagner at Twilight, Figures in the Garden, Flora and Young Artist Gala). We ask attendees to bring picnic blankets to sit on for the performances as there will be no seating. Attendees who wish to stand we ask to stand behind those who are seated on the ground.

Ticket Delivery
All our tickets are delivered electronically. To collect your wristband at the Box Office you can show your e-ticket on your phone, or print the ticket off at home.
Book with Confidence
Please be reassured that should an event be cancelled, (except bad weather) you will be offered the option of a refund or exchange to another performance.
Cancellation: If a show is cancelled because of bad weather, your ticket can be exchanged only (for more on exchanges please read Exchanges below).
You acknowledge that an integral part of the experience of the Waterperry Opera Festival is that most of the shows are performed in the open air and that they can be adversely affected by the weather. If a show is cancelled for any reason except bad weather, your ticket can be exchanged, subject to availability, or refunded. Refunds: To obtain a refund for a show that has been cancelled (except by reason of bad weather), complete the online form available here. Only the price of your ticket is refundable. This excludes any booking fees, delivery charges or any other expenses that may have been incurred. All requests for refunds must be made within 3 months of the date of the cancelled show. Exchanges: To exchange your ticket for a show that has been cancelled, complete the online form available here. You can obtain a new ticket to a later performance of the same show, subject to availability, or to another show at the Festival (or hold on to the ticket and exchange it for a ticket to a show at next year’s Festival). If the price of the new ticket is more than your original ticket, you will need to pay the difference if it exceeds £20. |
