Hendred Wines
We're thrilled to introduce Hendred as our festival wine partner.
Hendred Vineyard is on the sloping ground to the west of the village of East Hendred, one of the spring line villages in the Vale of the White Horse, Oxfordshire, England. Over the years, award-winning still and sparkling wines have been produced from grapes grown here. Awards include 2019 ‘Best Rosé’ and 2020 ‘Best Sparkling Wine’ in Thames and Chilterns Vineyards Association competition. Current wines are all medal winners.

We will let you know how to collect your pre-ordered wine when you to collect your wristbands at the on-site Box Office. Our new bar will also be serving wine, beer and spirits.
Our Three Festival Choices
Hendred Brut
Hendred Brut (2017 harvest) is a crisp, dry sparkling, guaranteed to enliven the spirits. Seyval Blanc and Pinot Noir. This vintage was awarded a silver medal in the 2022 T&C Vineyards Association regional competition. The 2016 vintage (now sold out) was awarded silver medal in the 2021 National WineGB competition and silver medal in the 2021 regional competition. The previous vintage (pictured and sold out) won the coveted ‘Best Sparkling Wine’ trophy in the 2020 regional competition. £30 per bottle |
Hendred Spring
Hendred Spring (2021 harvest) still white wine has a floral aroma, a fruity fusion including lime on the palate and a clean, crisp finish. Created from grape varieties including Madeleine Angevine, Seyval Blanc and Phoenix. This vintage was awarded a bronze medal at the 2022 regional competition. £15 per bottle |
Hendred Rosé
Hendred Rosé (2021 harvest) is tantalizingly fruity, with essence of summer berries. Pinot Noir. This vintage was awarded a gold medal in the 2022 T&C Vineyards Association regional competition. Previous vintage won ‘Best Rosé‘ at the T&C Vineyards Association competition. £15 per bottle |
