Young Artist Director Applications - Young Artist Programme 2026

As part of the 2026 Young Artist Programme, Waterperry Opera Festival are offering places to two aspiring directors seeking to gain valuable experience in a professional environment for the first time. The Young Artist Directors will receive training and mentorship from members of the creative and management teams along with visiting practitioners. The programme is run by Rebecca Meltzer and Ashley Beauchamp (Co-Directors of Young Artist Programme).

Deadline for applications is Monday 22nd March 2026 at 17:00 GMT.

Volunteers for 2026 Summer Festival

Be part of the magic behind the scenes at Waterperry Opera Festival. We’re now inviting friendly, enthusiastic volunteers to join us for the 2026 season. From welcoming audiences to supporting performances and events, volunteering is a rewarding way to experience opera up close, meet new people, and help bring the festival to life.

We welcome expressions of interest from singers, musicians, creatives, production specialists, administrators, and those interested in audience operations, as well as applicants to our Young Artist Programme.
