Use the map below to familiarise yourself with the layout of Waterperry House and Gardens before your visit.
From the Mainstage on the Front Lawn to the intimate Amphitheatre and Ballroom, every corner of the estate has something to discover.
Key Locations
1. Box Office Tent – Collect your wristbands here on arrival. Located beside the Picnic Lawn.
2. Bar – Serving refreshments before performances and during intervals.
3. Tea Shop – Open all day, with extended hours during the Festival.
4. Waterperry House Ballroom – Indoor performance venue for chamber operas and recitals.
5. Dining Pavilion & Waterperry Restaurant – Pre-booked dining area and picnic seating.
6. Amphitheatre – Our open-air stone theatre surrounded by trees.
7. Garden Glade – A serene garden space for concerts and family performances.
8. The Orangery – Home to our craft and family workshops.
Parking Overview
Accessible Parking:
Continue straight ahead when entering the estate to reach the main Gardens car park. Accessible bays are located beside the toilets and nearest to the Box Office.
General Festival Parking:
Turn immediately right after entering the gates and follow the signs to the Opera Car Park, a short walk from the Box Office and main venues.
Dining Pavilion Parking:
Follow the driveway all the way around to the top of the estate to park near the Dining Pavilion.
Stewards will be on hand to guide you and answer any questions.

Blue dashed line: Vehicle route through the estate.
Red dashed line: Pedestrian walking routes to Box Office.
Yellow dashed line: Dedicated Dining Pavilion access route.
All major pathways are on level ground, though some surfaces may be uneven. Please see our Accessibility page for detailed access information.
Tips for Your Visit
Arrive at least 30 minutes before your performance.
Check in and collect your wristbands at the Box Office Tent.
Allow 10–15 minutes to walk between venues.
