Make the most of your day at Waterperry

Our festival days are designed so that you can explore, relax, and enjoy performances at your own pace.

Below you’ll find this year’s Box Office hours, garden access information, and key times for dining and performances.

Gardens & Festival Grounds

The festival grounds open at 10:00am each day.

Waterperry Gardens close to the public at 5:30pm, but ticket holders for evening performances are welcome to stay and enjoy the gardens into the evening.

Your festival wristband gives you free access to the Waterperry Gardens during Box Office hours.

Simply collect it from the Box Office before entering the formal gardens.

Please note: garden entry is not included for free events.

If you wish to explore the gardens before the Box Office opens, you can purchase a standard day ticket directly from Waterperry Gardens.

Box Office Opening Times

Our on-site Box Office is located beside the Picnic Lawn and opens at the following times during the 2026 Festival:

Monday 10 August Closed

Tuesday 11 August from 2:00pm

Wednesday 12 August from 2:00pm

Thursday 13 August from 2:00pm

Saturday 15 August from 10:30am

Sunday 16 August from 10:30am

Evening Performances

For evening performances, audiences are welcome to:

  • Set up picnics from 5:30pm on the lawns

  • Book tables or hampers through our Food & Drink options

  • Enjoy the gardens until after the interval

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your performance start time to allow for wristband collection and stewarded entry to your venue.

Waterperry Tea Shop & Dining Pavilion

The Waterperry Tea Shop will be open during the gardens opening hours, opening at 10am and closing at 5pm. 

Exact times will be published closer to the festival.

Our Dining Pavilion opens from 4:00pm on performance days for pre-show and interval dining.
