Getting to Waterperry |
New for 2023: The Weekend Shuttle BusDue to popular demand, we are thrilled to announce that Waterperry Opera Festival will be offering a Weekend Shuttle Bus service for audience members this summer! The service will run on our busy weekend dates during the Festival (12th, 13th, 19th & 20th of August) and is an affordable way to increase accessibility for those traveling by public transport. An adult return is £5 and under 16s return is just £2 per person. It is also a brilliant, more environmentally friendly method of getting to the Festival.
The Weekend Shuttle Bus will depart from Oxford Rail Station and will make stops en route before arriving at Waterperry. This includes stopping at Thornhill Park & Ride for those coming from London via the Oxford Tube. Please see the Weekend Shuttle Bus route below:
The Weekend Shuttle Bus will be available to board from 2:15pm at Oxford Rail Station (bus stop by the Ox) . The bus will leave the other locations at the advertised times below, so we advise passengers to arrive at least 5 minutes before the departure time. It will take roughly 50mins from Oxford Rail Station to arrival at Waterperry House. Weekend Shuttle Bus Timetable
Please note: Tickets are non-refundable, and the bus will leave on time without waiting for delayed passengers, without exceptions.
