On arrival, Festival attendees must first collect their wristbands from the Box Office, before entering the House and Gardens, as these wristbands will allow you access to the formal gardens.*
Attendees are welcome to collect wristbands as soon as our Box Office opens each day. For the 2022 festival schedule click here
The gardens are open from 10am to 5pm and once you have collected your wristband you can enter the gardens for free.
Please be aware that if you wish to access the gardens before the production(s) you are seeing and before Box Office opens, you would need to buy an entrance ticket from the Garden Centre at the public prices.
For all productions, except The Marriage of Figaro, we ask attendees to arrive at the Box Office (located on the teashop lawn) no later than 15 minutes before the performance start time to be taken down to the performance space.
For attendees for The Marriage of Figaro the performance space is located on the front lawn a short walk from the Box Office. Doors will open at 5.45pm
*Attendees for The Diary of One Who Disappeared and Wagner at Twilight should note that these performances take place after the gardens have closed to the public and so access to the gardens is not possible with these tickets.
