On arrival, Festival attendees must first collect their wristbands from the Box Office before entering the House and Gardens as these wristbands will allow you access to the formal gardens.
Attendees are welcome to collect wristbands as soon as our Box Office opens each day. If you need instructions on how to get to us please visit the 'Getting to Waterperry' page.
Box Office Opening Times
We operate an online box office leading up to the festival. From the 9th of August we open an on-site box office at Waterperry. The opening hours are as follows:

Waterperry Tea Shop
The Waterperry Estate-run tea shop will be open longer hours to accommodate our audience. These are the extended hours during the festival:

Waterperry Estate Opening Times
The gardens are open to the public from 10am to 5:30pm.
Once you have collected your wristband you can enter the gardens for free. If you do not collect your wristband from the Box Office you will be charged the standard garden entry price of £11.50 for an adult.
Please be aware that if you wish to access the gardens before the production(s) you are seeing & before Box Office opens, you would need to buy an entrance ticket from the Garden Centre at the regular price.
When to arrive for a performance
Our main stage performance space is located on the front lawn - just a short walk from the Box Office.
We ask attendees to arrive at the Box Office no later than 15 minutes before the performance start time. You will be taken to each performance space by one of our team.
